2019年2月5日，大年初一，是中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日中最為重要的一天。一年之計(jì)在于春，騰暉光伏于新年的第一天舉行了產(chǎn)線升級(jí)改造儀式，騰暉光伏技術(shù)有限公司總裁陳波瀚出席現(xiàn)場(chǎng)儀式。騰暉江蘇常熟工廠和泰國(guó)工廠兩個(gè)生產(chǎn)基地同時(shí)進(jìn)行電池車(chē)間和組件車(chē)間的改造升級(jí)。

改造分兩期進(jìn)行，第一期改造計(jì)劃是將單晶PERC電池片年產(chǎn)能提升至2GW，量產(chǎn)效率超過(guò)22%，同時(shí)配備多種智能化生產(chǎn)及檢測(cè)設(shè)備，預(yù)計(jì)第一季度完成改造。按照年度規(guī)劃，到2019年年底，單晶PERC電池年產(chǎn)能將超過(guò)3GW。

另外組件端產(chǎn)線重點(diǎn)是在半片組件封裝技術(shù)的改造，由于半片電池片組件功率封裝損失更小，未來(lái)半片電池應(yīng)用市場(chǎng)份額將大幅上升，半片技術(shù)為目前所有技術(shù)中設(shè)備、良率、實(shí)際產(chǎn)量都相對(duì)成熟的技術(shù)路線，能夠快速有效的滿足高功率產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)需求。72片多晶半片組件的功率可達(dá)350W;72片高效單晶半片組件的功率可達(dá)390W。

此次產(chǎn)線的改造，不僅擴(kuò)大了高效產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)能，也提升了企業(yè)現(xiàn)代化生產(chǎn)水平，降低了生產(chǎn)成本，進(jìn)一步提升了生產(chǎn)效率和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，將大大提升騰暉光伏在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)上的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，尤其是歐美，日本及澳大利亞等重點(diǎn)市場(chǎng)。除此以外，大硅片組件的產(chǎn)線改造計(jì)劃也已立項(xiàng)，改造將于2019年上半年啟動(dòng)，改造后的72片單晶組件功率將達(dá)400 W，切實(shí)有效的提高組件的轉(zhuǎn)換效率。騰暉將通過(guò)持續(xù)投入，不斷挖掘高效電池技術(shù)的強(qiáng)大潛能，引領(lǐng)高效產(chǎn)品的廣泛應(yīng)用，推動(dòng)光伏度電成本的進(jìn)一步降低，實(shí)現(xiàn)未來(lái)太陽(yáng)能光伏更廣泛的應(yīng)用和普及。

As for the plan of production line transformation, it is scheduled to take place in two phases. The first phase of the plan is to increase the annual production capacity of PERC Mono cells up to 2GW, with mass production efficiency exceeding 22%, and to equip the factory with a variety of intelligent production and testing equipment. The transformation is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2019. According to the annual plan, by the end of 2019, the annual capacity of PERC Mono cells will exceed 3GW.

When it comes to the module production line upgrade, a key point is the improvement of half-cut cell modules packaging technology. Due to its smaller power encapsulation loss of the half-cut cell modules, the market share of half-cutcell applications will increase significantly in the future. The maximum powerof half-cut 72-cell poly module reaches 350W and a half-cut 72-cell PERC mono module reaches 390W. Half-cut cell technology is a relatively mature technical route in terms of equipment, yield and actual output in all module production technologies at present, which can quickly and effectively meet the market demand of high-power products.

The transformation of the production line can not only expand the production capacity of high-efficiency products, reduce the production cost, but also further improve the production efficiency and product quality, which will greatly increase Talesun’s competitiveness in the international market,especially in Europe, the United States, Japan, Australia and other key markets. In addition, the production line transformation plan for new dimension modules (158.75 mm *158.75 mm) has also been approved, which will start in the first half of 2019. After the transformation, the maximum power of 72-cell mono modules is expected to reach 400W, effectively improving the conversion efficiency of modules. Talesun will continue invest in R&D to achieve the potential of high efficiency cells, to reduce LCoE, therefore realizing the wider application and popularization of solar photovoltaic in the future.
